Welcome to the first step in accessing our Online Store.
Read the information below. Your acceptance of the stated terms is required before accessing our store.

HOW THE STAPLE GOODS PROJECT WORKS
The National Staple Goods Purchase Project (SGP) takes place bi-annually with 80+ cities currently participating throughout the U.S., Bermuda and The Virgin Islands.
Cities are represented by Staple Goods City Coordinators. For a city to participate, they must have a minimum total order of 1,000 lbs. Orders are placed online and each Coordinator can keep up with all orders for their respective city.
Coordinators will keep participants abreast of the process. You will be advised as to when online ordering begins and ends; when the payment phase begins and ends and how to get your payment to the Staple Goods Project. You will also be notified when products will be received at your pick-up location so that YOU can pick up your products when they arrive. “We Don’t Have No Drone To Bring It To Your Home!” Products are picked up at your Coordinator’s designated location within 3 days.
PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE (2 weeks window)
- Register online. Online Ordering will begin Sunday, August 24, 2025.
- When you register in our online store, select the city nearest to you for your pick up location. The Coordinator representing that city will be your contact person throughout the process.
- Shopping Cart – Once you put items in your shopping cart, please process those items within 24 hours. This ensures that the products with limited supply are not held in limbo (sitting in your cart), but are secured by the customer who has “placed their order” and received an order number. If you would like to purchase more items after placing your order, simply make another order transaction.
- Orders are NOT paid for at the time of ordering.
- Once all orders are collected throughout the SGP, a 2 weeks process, the payment phase will follow. You will be notified.
- Questions about the Online Process? View our current Staple Goods City Coordinators list. The Coordinator nearest you will be your contact person throughout the process.
- NOTE: When you register in the online store. You will get a confirmation email. Save your registration information and the url so that you will have future access without having to go through this Terms page to access our online store. Once you register, your registration is good for future staple goods events.
MAKING YOUR PAYMENT (2 weeks window)
Payments for online orders will be collected by your Staple Goods City Coordinator in whatever legal manner agreed on, i.e., Paypal, Cashapp, Zelle, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Cash, etc., and a receipt will be issued to you by your coorcinator. Request a receipt of payment at the time of payment if it is not offered! We do not offer online payment at this time.
SHIPPING / SHIPPING FEES
Shipping – The cost of shipping your products to your city’s Receiving Dock is already included in our products cost, giving us the ability to offer the same price to all participants from Massachusetts to Arizona. Your Staple Goods Coordinator will keep you abreast of expected shipping dates once all payments are received throughout the SGP. The Staple Goods Project serves nearly 100 cities, so we thank you in advance for your patience.
Shipping Fees – You may or may not incure a small fee from your local Staple Goods Coordinator in their efforts to get your products to you from the Receiving Dock to your designated pick up location. Your Coordinator has the liberty to determine if that is a need and the agreed upon cost to move your products.
POLICY
BY PLACING AN ORDER IN OUR ONLINE STORE YOU ARE STATING THAT:
- I have read the contents of this page.
- I am responsible for picking up my products at the Coordinator’s designated pick up location.
- I must pick up my products within 3 days after being notified by my Coordinator that products are ready for pick up.
- I understand the designated Coordinator’s pick up location is not a storage facility for my products.
- If my products are not picked up within 3 days and I have not made arrangements with my Coordinator, my Staple Goods products will be disposed of at the discretion of the Coordinator.
- NO REFUNDS FOR NOT PICKING UP PRODUCTS WITHIN 3 DAYS!
- Once payment is made my order is non-refundable.
