Thank you for your inquiry. All of the Muhammad Farms wheat products, including Sister Anne’s Muffin Mix are natural, non-gmo, chemical free products. Therefore they should be put in the freezer for three days once you receive your product. After that time you can store in a airtight container, or keep in your fridge until you are ready to use. Suggest using within 1 year after receiving.
